Our hiring needs focus primarily on Junior and Senior Analysts which are the back bone of our company. In particular we are seeking entrepreneurial, risk taking individuals keen to join a growing business with the following criteria:

Master’s Degree in Finance or other business related degree;
Fluent in English and regional languages;
Expert levels of financial analytical skills;
5 years of analytical experience in a M&A, Strategic Consulting or Private Equity environment;
Proven track record of developing, managing and manipulating financial models;
Strong team skills;
Experience of operating effectively within a tight profit motivated group of people;
High level written and oral presentation skills;
Can do attitude with a proven track record in delivering quickly, efficiently with the best interests of the client and the company carefully balanced.
