May 1^st 2010, Belgrade - Ascendant Capital Advisors launches a new M&A operation in Serbia

Ascendant recently launched its operations in Belgrade with the formal agreement to go into partnership with Dejan TUFEGDŽIĆ. March 26^th 2010, T- Hrvatski Telekom agrees to acquire Combis d.o.o. - Ascendant Lead sell-side advisor on transaction

Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, has signed a Share Sale and Transfer Agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Combis, d.o.o. The purchase price is between EUR 25.5 million (around HRK 185.3 million) and EUR 31.5 million (around HRK 228.9 million) depending on achievement of business targets for 2010 and 2011. Ascendant Capital Advisors d.o.o. were the lead sell side advisors to Combis d.o.o. on the transaction.
